For Frying the Dim Sum:

On medium-high heat in a large sauté pan; heat a tablespoon of the peanut oil until hot. Work in batches & add the dim sum (ensure that you don’t over-crowd them) & fry for a couple of minutes, until both sides turn golden.

Once done; add approximately ¼ cup of the water or broth; cover & bring everything together to a boil. Once it starts boiling; immediately decrease the heat to simmer & let cook until dim sum are tender but not gummy and the liquid is evaporated, for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately with dipping sauces of your choice.
